Support Policy

We provide all our free users with support via support forum.
Our support includes:

  • Answering technical questions about the theme and its features & functionality,
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues in our themes.

Support does not include:

  • Customization and Installation services (if you need customization please go here),
  • Third party plugins.

For all of our themes we have prepared a detailed documentation. If you can’t find the answers to your questions there, we are happy to help you.
We are working from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CET (GMT +1h), Monday to Friday. We are responding up to 2 business days.
